When the matter is taken up for consideration, the appellant has filed a Memo for withdrawal. 

In the Memo, the appellant has sought for withdrawal of this appeal and further, it has been stated in the Memo that in view of the larger issues and technicalities of forgery involved in the case, he may be given the liberty to take up the case in the appropriate court of jurisdiction in Coimbatore.
