Record is put up today in view of application filed by Namita Mukherjee Complainant.

On the other hand Anukul Das Secretary of Lakshmisagar Tantubay Samabay Samity Ltd. O.P. is present.

Ld. Advocate for the O.P. Samity  is also present by filing his hazira.

Complainant Namita Mukherjee submits before us inter alia that the dispute involved in this case has been settled amicably as she has been given one (1) Shirt piece and Rs.5,000/-(Five thousand) only by the O.P.

So, she does not want to proceed with this case and prays for dismissal of this case.

Heard.  Complainant and Ld. Advocate for the O.P.  

Perused the petition.  It appears that the dispute involved in this case has been settled and one Shirt piece and Rs.5,000/- have been paid to the Complainant by the O.P.

So, we find that this Complainant does not want to proceed with this case and prays for dismissal of this case as the dispute has been settled / compromised amicably.

In view of the circumstances we find no impediment to dismiss this complaint as the dispute has been settled.

Hence, it is

                                                                     Ordered

That the Complaint Case No.87 of 2016 be and same is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution as the dispute involved in this case has been settled but without cost.

Let plain copy of this Order be given to the parties free of cost.
