                    The present complaint was fixed for 30.10.2020 but on that day, the quorum was not complete and the complaint was adjourned for 4.12.2020 for evidence of both the parties. On dated 24.11.2020, the complainant appeared before the Commission before the Hon’ble Member but on that also, the quorum was not complete and on that the complainant had made a statement that he does not want to proceed with the present complaint because a settlement has took place with the OPs and hence, withdraws the same and it may be dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant also made a writing regarding withdrawal of the present complaint separately.

                     Heard. After considering both the statement and document of settlement, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs.

                      File be consigned after due compliance.
