ORDER
Complainant and Op.no.4 filed Settlement Agreement on 23.03.2018 Under Rule 24 of the Civil Procedure (ADR) Rules, 2008 R/w Sec.89 of CPC, 1908. The said agreement duly signed by the Complainant and her counsel, so also, Op.no.4 and his counsel.
2. The contents of the Settlement Agreement are read over and explained to the Complainant and Op.no.4, who admits the contents of the said agreement as true and correct. We have gone through the contents of Settlement Agreement which are not extraneous to the pleadings of the complaint, hence we do not find any impediment to allow the said agreement with a view to dispose the matter in terms of the said settlement agreement.
3. By virtue of settlement arrived between the parties to the lis, Op.no.4 offered an amount of Rs.1,25,000/-. The said amount has been received by the Complainant through cash before the forum. In view of settlement arrived between the parties, we dispose this matter as settled.
4. Both parties are directed to bear their own cost.
