Case is called out.

Sh. Vivek Painuli, learned counsel for the appellant along with Sh. Lalit Mohan Joshi, Director, Combined (P.G.) Institute of Medical Science & Research / appellant, are present on behalf of the appellant.

Sh. S.S. Kaintura, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 along with Sh. Lakhi Ram / respondent No. 1 in person, are also present.

A Compromise Deed has been filed on behalf of the appellant and respondent Nos. 1 and 2, stating therein that the appellant has paid an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) to respondent No. 1 through cheque No. 055021 dated 24.03.2023 drawn on Canara Bank, Miyanwala, Dehradun.

Sh. Lakhi Ram / respondent No. 1 present in person, has acknowledged the receipt of the aforesaid cheque on the photocopy thereof.

The Compromise Deed has been verified by learned counsel for the appellant and respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In view of above, learned counsel for the appellant and respondent Nos. 1 and 2 state that since the parties have settled their dispute and entered into compromise, hence the appeal may be decided in terms of the compromise.

 

Order

 

Accordingly, the appeal is decided in terms of the compromise, which shall form part of the order.

The amount deposited by the appellant with this Commission, be released in its favour.
