Mr. Bhardwaj states that directions given by the fora below have been fully complied with and the amount stands deposited. However, he has apprehension such an order passed by the fora below may constitute a precedent and the petitioner may be flooded with such like cases as filed by the complainant. In this regard, we may simply observe that order made by the fora below will be treated as having been made on peculiar facts and circumstances and will not constitute a precedent. Amount deposited by the petitioner-builder shall be disbursed to the respondent forthwith. We direct the Registrar to disburse the deposited amount to the respondent-complainant. Revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
