Today, the case is fixed for proper orders, but the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement recorded separately that the parties have effected compromise and the opposite party replaced the vehicle in question of the complainant with a new one, so he withdraws the present complaint.

In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
