We agree with the contention advanced by counsel for the petitioner that after recording a finding that there was no defect in the seeds supplied, the State Commission should not have directed the petitioner to pay the price of the seeds, Rs.5000/- for mental harassment and Rs.1000/- as litigation expenses.

-2-

Since the amount involved is meager, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order to avoid litigation expenses which would be much more than the amount awarded.  Revision petition is dismissed.

Order of the State Commission be not taken as a precedent for future reference.
