No representation for the complainant. Opposite parties present. Today this matter is posted for appearance of complainant and for appropriate orders. Last hearing, it is represented that the counsel for the complainant passed away. So this Commission directed to the Registry to issue notice to the complainant for his appearance. Though notice was served to the complainant, the complainant has not appeared today. Hence we are of the view that keeping the complaint pending is of no use as the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence the complaint is dismissed. No order as to cost.
