                Ld. Counsel for complainant made a statement that due to technical ground, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and wish to withdraw the same with permission to file a fresh complaint.

        In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file a fresh complaint. The complainant is at liberty to seek the remedy in appropriate Court of law. However, the complainant may seek exemption of delay under section 14 (2) of the Limitation Act for the period during which the proceedings remained pending before this Consumer Commission. Original documents if any placed on file by the complainant be returned and photocopy of the same be placed on record. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
