Present:Sh.Subhash Chand, Adv. for complainant.

            Sh.Om Parkash Chepa, AAO with Sh.N.S.Sinhmar, Adv. for ops.

   

             Today the case is fixed for compromise.  The Assistant Admn. Officer for the Ops made a statement that he is submitting the cheque No.819299, dated 20.72018 amounting to Rs.3,42,442/- in the name of the nominee because as per the policy Sh.Raj Kumar Luthra is nominee and that the complainants have completed all the formalities and the interest @6.13% p.a. on this amount till today will be paid within one month.

            On the other hand the ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has received the cheque No.819299, dated 20.7.2018 for Rs.3,42,442/- and he is agreed with the statement of the Assistant Admn. Officer and prayed for withdrawal of the present complaint.

             In view of the statements made by the Assistant Admn. Officer for the Ops and counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of being compromised. However, the Ops are directed to pay the interest as stated above within one month from the date of this order failing which the complainant shall be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Forum under section 25 & 27 of the C.P.Act.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
