                        Basing on the petition dated 09.07.2018 of complainant’s advocate one notice was issued to the complainant to remain present today as her advocate has filed the petition stating therein that the complainant has already received Rs.30,000/- as such she does not want to proceed with the case. The complainant has sent a letter which was received by this learned Forum on 04.09.2018 wherein the complainant has stated that she received Rs.30,000/-from LIC of India, Bhubaneswar through her Bank Account No. 11681395098 towards the full and final settlement amount as such she does not want to proceed with the case. We perused the letter and the same is allowed.

            In the result the complainant’s case is dismissed against the O.Ps as her

 case is fully and finally settled.       

            The order is pronounced on this day of 5^th September 2018 under the signature and seal of this Forum. The office is directed to supply copy of order to the parties free of cost and a copy of same be sent to the server of www.confonet.nic.in for posting in internet and thereafter the file be consigned to record room.
