1. L.G. Electronics (India) Pvt. Ltd. Having its Branch Office at Super Tyre Building, Main G.T. Road, Karnal through its owner/Manager.

2. L.G. Service Centre, outside Gali no.8, Hansi Road, Karnal through its owner/Manager.

                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act.

Present:        Shri Prashant Pahwa Advocate for complainant.

                    Shri Mohit Sachdeva Advocate for opposite parties.

                  

ORDER:

                   Learned counsel for opposite parties made statement that opposite parties are ready to replace the AC of complainant with new one of same specifications and he demanded 20 days time.           

                   Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the opposite parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties recorded separately.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
