                        At this stage, file taken up in Pre National Lok Adalat. Ld. Counsel for OP No. 1 made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant in Pre National Lok Adalat. As per compromise OP No. 1 is ready to settle the matter and for the sake for goodwill gesture of the company, the company is ready to replace the product with a new one of the same specifications. 30 days time be given to provide the replacements, subject to deposit of the old unit with the service centre of the company at Kaithal.

                Statement of the Ld. Counsel for the complainant has also been recorded separately in this regard.

                        Heard. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 1 and Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
