ORDER
PRONOUNCED BY TMT. Dr. S.M. LATHA MAHESWARI,   PRESIDENT.

               The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite parties in selling poor construction materials along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to repay a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- towards cost of the materials and accessories and to pay a sum of Rs.2,75,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant along with cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
No representation for the complainant.  Notice of transfer served on the complainant.  Inspite of sufficient opportunities and information provided by this commission, no proof affidavit was filed.   Hence, this commission is of the view that no purpose in keeping the complaint on file.  Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.  No cost.
This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 21st November 2022.
