ORDER   CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY U/s 25(3) OF      CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.                             Whereas, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in Execution Application No. 13  of 2011.  has passed the order on 23/09/2011 It is hereby certify that under Section-25(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, a sum of Penalty@Rs.500/-,Per Day w.e.f 13/01/11 Cost 10,000/-,In due to the Complainants from the above Opposite parties/Judgment Debtors, as per order passed by Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in C.C.No.724 of 2007 and that the Collector of  Mumbai Suburban District, shall proceed to recover the said amount from the above mentioned the Opposite parties/Judgement Debtors in the same manner as arrears of land revenue. The Complaint is at liberty to file appropriate proceeding for getting possession of car.              Further, the Collector Mumbai Suburban District, shall recover the execution charges, if any either on ad-hoc basis or actual basis as per rules from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgement Debtors along with the amount for which this recovery certificate is issued.                    The Certificate is given on this 13  Oct 2011.
