on the ground the daughter of Ld. Lawyer is appearing at H.S examination for which

the complainant prays for time.

The daughter of  Lawyer is appearing at the Hs examination but the complainant

is found absent.

It is not understood why the complainant is absent.

On perusal of the record it is found that on and from 11.10.2018 the case is being

posted for evidence.

Moreover, the cost amount has not been paid.

In such circumstances the prayer for time is rejected.

As complainant is found absent.

There is no necessity to get ready at 2 pm.

Hence ordered that,

The case be and the same is dismissed with cost of Rs.100/-.
