आदरणीय सदस्य  श्री कैलास वानखडे, सदस्‍य  यांचे अनुसार

                        ग्राहक संरक्षण कायदा 1986 चे, कलम :12 अन्वये, सादर करण्‍यात आलेल्‍या, सदर तक्रारीमध्ये तक्रारकर्ते यांनी प्रस्तुत प्रकरण प्राथमिक युक्तीवादाकरिता ठेवलेले असतांना, आज दि. 14/08/2015 रोजी अर्ज  दाखल केला.  त्यामधील मजकुर येणे प्रमाणे…

“ The complainant has filed present complaint against the opponents.  However, calculation in para 3 of amount was wrongly mentioned and not was calculated properly due to oversight, it was calculated.  As well as in prayer clause also, amount is wrongly mentioned.  The complaint is within limitation and as such, the complainant wants to withdraw same and file the fresh complaint by correction the amount mentioned in pare 3 and in prayer clause. Considering bonafide mistake, permission may kindly be granted to withdraw complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint. No notice is issued in the present case against opponents ”

            तक्रारकर्ते यांचे उपरोक्त अर्जानुसार प्रस्तुत तक्रारीमध्ये तक्रारकर्त्याचा हिशोब चुकल्यामुळे, पुन्हा नविन तक्रार दाखल करण्याच्या परवानगीसह सदर  मागे घेण्याबाबत विनंती केली आहे.  तक्रारकर्त्याच्या उपरोक्त अर्जानुसार, सदर तक्रारीतील कार्यवाही कायमची येथेच थांबविण्यात येत असून, तक्रारकर्त्यास नियमानुसार नविन तक्रार दाखल करण्याची मुभा देण्यात येत आहे व सदर तक्रार नस्तीबध्द करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात येत आहेत. अशा प्रकारे सदर तक्रार कायमची निकाली काढण्यात येत आहे.
