                                                 ORDER

            The instant review petition has been filed by the appellant Purnima Mishra under Section 50 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 by which the appellant wants to review the judgment and order passed by this Court dated 23-11-2016 in Appeal No. 773/2010.

            No one is present for either of the parties and it is clear that in the old Act 1986 there was no provision to review/recall the order passed. Even, otherwise, the instant review application has been filed after a gap of more than eight years from the date of judgment.

            I do not find any reason to entertain the instant review application. Accordingly the review application is rejected.      

    Let copy of this order be made available to the applicant as per rules.

   The Stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
