The case record is taken up for passing order. None appears on behalf of parties. The final order dt.28/10/2013 passed in FA/485/2012 arising out of order passed on 25/05/2011 of Consumer Case no.04/2011 of DCDRF, Jalpaiguri by Hon’ble State Commission, W/B wherein it  has been stated as follows-

“In the result the case succeeds. Hence, ordered, that the appeal is allowed on contest without cost. The impugned order is setr aside and consequently, the petition of complaint is disnmissed”.

In view of the aforesaid order we are ofr opinion that the instant case be disposed of.

Hence the case is disposed of. Let plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost forthwith.
