This complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. The opposite party entered appearance and filed version denying the allegation of deficiency in service raised by the complainant against the opposite party. Since 13.01.2020 this case is continuously adjourned for the affidavit of the complainant. From 13.01.2020 to 22.03.2022 that is today the complainant was continuously absent and notice was issued to the complainant and the same was served. Inspite of accepting the notice complainant not turned up. The complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. In the above circumstances we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed.

In the result, the complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

      A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
