This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter thecommission passed an order as follows:

This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties.  After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties.  The opposite parties entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegation raised by the complainant.  The matter was referred to settlement talk and on discussion the matter was settled and the case was posted to this date for reporting settlement.  When the case came up for consideration today, the complainant filed a memo stating that the opposite party has complied the condition mentioned in the settlement talk held on 02/04/2022.  The complainant further stated that she is not willing to further proceed with this complaint.  The memo filed by the complainant is accepted and recorded.  In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the proceeding, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled. 

                        In the result the complaint is dismissed as settled.  There will no order as to cost.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
