21.09.2024: C.R is put up as directed.

Apparent on the face of record that no further Order followed post the date 21.07.2016, it thus appears that complainant must have lost interest in his case as he never appeared before this Commission for years together now ever since the date 21.07.2016 on which, proceedings in the case before this Commission was stayed in compliance of Stay Order dated 21.06.2016 of the Hon’ble State Commission. In the state of affairs, this Commission is constrained to dismiss the entire proceeding for non-prosecution by the complainant.

 The case stands dismissed for default and disposed of accordingly forthwith.

DMA Confonet project of this Commission is directed to take necessary step for reconciliation of pendency data accordingly.
