The disputes between the parties in Case No. CC/07/2022 having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties have settled the case before the Lok Adalat in terms that the O.Ps shall have to pay Rs. 15,000/- to the complainant and accordingly the following award is passed in terms of the settlement; Petitioner Sushil Kumar Nandi will get Rs.  15,000/- from the O.Ps and O.Ps have to pay the same this day. Parties have amicably settled the claim amount at Rs. 15,000/- and the O.Ps agreed to pay the said amount of Rs. 15,000/- to the petitioner this day. Thus, the Consumer Case fully and finally settled on amicable before this Lok Adalat.

            O.Ps has paid the said amount of Rs. 15,000/- to the complainant during course of passing this order and the case is settled in this Lok Adalat.
