Statement of Sh.Amit Gauba, Adv. Counsel for complainant recorded that the complainant has received an amount of Rs.13,200/- as full & final settlement amount, through Google Pay attached with Mobile Number 98554-84663. The complainant is bound to return the Gas Stove/Product in question to the Company. As such, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismisssed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Complainant shall be bound by his statement. File be consigned to the record room.
