Called out. Counsel for the applicant Sri Sanjay Jaiswal is present is present on behalf of Sri Deepak Kumar Agarwal. He has stated that Sri Deepak Kumar Agarwal is the counsel for the appellant as is clear from the page 1 of the judgment but at page 3 of judgment in para 4 the name of the counsel for the appellant has been typed as Sri B.C. Pandey which should have been Sri Deepak Kumar Agarwal.

The application is allowed.

Let the name of Sri B.C. Pandey at page 3 of the judgment be deleted and in his place the name of Sri Deepak Kumar Agarwal be insurted.  

Accordingly, the misc. application is disposed of.

The stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
