            The complainant takes no step and he is found absent on repeated calls. Today is fixed for ex-parte hearing. Case record shows that on the last two dates also ex-parte hearing of the case was adjourned on prayer of the complainant. We have reason to hold that the complainant is not at all, hence to proceed with this case. None appears for the complainant on repeated calls.
