                   File taken up before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                Mr. Archit Rana, learned counsel for appellants has suffered a statement that the present appeal having become infructuous as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in view of the order dated 29.11.2023 passed by the learned District Commission. He has also placed on record Annexure-A in this regard. Accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal being in-fructuous. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Archit Rana, learned counsel for the appellants, present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn being in-fructuous.

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
