 Complainant called absent.  No representation on behalf of the complainant.   The registry is directed to call the matter again after lunch.

Taken up after lunch.   Complainant called.  Absent.  No representation on behalf of the complainant.  On earlier occasion also the complainant though absent this Forum adjourned the matter even in the absence of representation also.   The complainant is not coming forward to file evidence affidavit though the matter was posted under the caption “Dismissal”.   Hence dismissed for non prosecution.
