The Partner of the Complainant, who has signed this complaint, Mrs.Priti Ashok Kumar Pandya is present. Ld.Advocate - Shri.Parte for Opposite Party is also present. She filed an application for withdrawal of complaint submitting that the dispute between the parties is amicably settled as per the settlement letter dtd.09/07/2010. The Complainant has produced the aforesaid letter of settlement. Both the parties have admitted terms and conditions of settlement letter dtd.09/07/2010. In view of the settlement of the dispute, permission is granted to withdraw the complaint. Complaint is disposed off as withdrawn. No order as to cost.
