This appeal has been filed against the judgment of the court below dated 9.7.2015 whereby the court below has ordered for refund of an amount of Rs.672/- and also ordered that telephone line of Telephone No. 280135 be repaired.

 

The contention of the appellant is that it is not possible to repair the telephone line and it has also agitated before the court below.

 

The learned court below has considered the matter and it has not been proved too by the appellant with the relevant document that the line is unserviceable or non-repairable. No techenical report has been submitted and it is also very unfortunate that inspite of the fact that cable line was defective, bills from November 2012 to July 2013 have been raised against the respondent and the court below has rightly ordered for refund of the amount and at the same time when there is nothing to the effect that line is not repairable, the court below has

rightly ordered for repair of the telephone line. Hence, there is no merit in the appeal and the appeal is liable to be rejected.
