Sh.Vivek Sehgal son of Sh.Sushil Sehgal on behalf of Opposite Party No.1.

File taken up today on the application filed by Counsel for the complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint.

Sh.Vivek Sehgal on behalf of Opposite Party No.1 made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and and OP No.1 is ready to refund the total consideration received i.e. Rs.5616/- within 15 days which is without any cost and compensation.

Further Sh.Rajat Chopra, Adv. Counsel for Complainant has suffered a statement that as per the compromise, OP will make the payment of Rs.5616/- within 15 days and he does not want to persue with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
