Final Order / Judgement

          This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges of National Lok-Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah.

          Both parties and their Ld. lawyers are found present and ready.

In course of hearing heard both sides and their ld. Lawyer.

At the time of hearing the petitioner/complainant side is prayed before the Ld. Judges of National Lok-Adalat for refund of the consideration amount of Rs.3,40,000/- which has been paid to the O.p./promoter/Developer. The O.p./promoter/Developer is personally present and agreed to refund the said amount of Rs.3,40,000/- to the complainant/petitioner within 6 (six) months.

It is also pointed out by both sides that after payment of said amount of Rs.3,40,000/- the complainant shall handed over the possession of the area which is occupied by the complainant/petitioner.

In view of the discussion made above this complaint case is going to be settled on the following terms and conditions : -

  1. The O.p./promoter/Developer shall refund the consideration amount of Rs.3,40,000/- to the petitioner/complainant within 16th June, 2025 otherwise the petitioner/complainant is given liberty to execute the award as per law.
  2. After receiving the said consideration amount of Rs.3,40,000/- the complainant/petitioner shall hand over peaceful possession to the O.p./Developer on 16/06/2025 positively otherwise O.p./developer is given liberty to execute the award as per law.
  3. Complainant/petitioner shall not cause any damage inside the said premises.
  4. Prior to hand over all the said flat to the O.p./developer the petitioner/complainant shall take step for conduct Local Inspection Commission to show that the premises has not been damaged by the petitioner/complainant.

In view of the above noted terms and conditions this complaint case is settled.

In the light of the observation made above this complaint case is disposed of.

          Parties are entitled to get a free certified copy of this order as early as possible.

Let this order be uploaded in the official website as quick as possible.
