Put up in National Lok Adalat.
A compromise between the appellant and the respondent has already been submitted (paper No. 107).
A perusal of the record has shown that the compliance of the terms and conditions of the compromise has already been made and a cheque of Rs. 80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousands only) has been deposited in terms of compromise and original cheque has been received by the respondent.
The said compromise was duly accepted by both the counsel for the parties.
As the terms and conditions of the compromise was duly accepted by both the counsel, hence the compromise is accepted accordingly.
In terms of compromise, the appeal is hereby decided accordingly.
The above compromise (paper No. 107) shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs of the appeal.
Statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellant be returned to the appellant.
File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.
A copy of this order alongwith copy of compromise be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.
