ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The opposite party-2 is directed to either refund Rs.13,411/- to the complainant within 2 months of receipt of this order or to replace the disputed engine with a new, good working engine of proper specification meeting the requirement of the complainant with a new freshwarranty. The complainant is directed to return the disputed engine to 2nd opposite party at the time of receiving the amount of price of the replacement of engine. The 2nd opposite party is further directed to pay Rs.3,000/- as compensation and Rs.500/- as cost of the proceedings to the complainant. The complaint against 1st opposite party stands dismissed as abated. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
