JUDGMENT
(Delivered by Sri Vijai Varma, Member)
Case called out. None responds nor steps taken for issuance of notice to the respondents. This appeal is pending since 2004 and the appellants are not taking steps for issuing notice to the respondents and they were given too many opportunities for the same. On the last date also they were given last opportunity to take steps but still none is appearing from the side of the appellants nor any steps taken. Therefore, it is clear that the appellants are no more interested in the proceedings of the case and therefore, there is no purpose in adjourning the case. This appeal, therefore, deserves to be dismissed in default of the appellant.
ORDER
The appeal is dismissed in default.
Certified copy of the judgment be provided to the parties in accordance with rules.
