COMMON ORAL ORDER IN CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO.30 OF 2013 TO CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO.35 OF 2013

          In all these consumer complaints, learned Adv. Vinayak N. Abhyankar is present on behalf of the Complainants.  Learned Adv. Rahul S. Gandhi is present on behalf of the Opponents.  The Complainants want to withdraw these complaints.  Pursis to that effect is filed on record in each of these complaints.  Pursis are signed by the Complainants as well as by their learned advocate, Shri Vinayak N. Abhyankar.  However, in Consumer Complaint No.32 of 2013, Complainant – Mr. Sanjay Padmakar Jadhal is not available to sign the withdrawal pursis.  On his behalf, withdrawal pursis is signed by learned Adv. Vinayak N. Abhyankar.  It is argued that Mr. Sanjay Padmakar Jadhal, Complainant in Consumer Complaint No.32 of 2013 was a party in a civil suit.  In Regular Civil Suit No.5780 of 2012, Complainant, Mr. Sanjay Padmakar Jadhal was the Plaintiff No.35.  Said suit was compromised between the parties.  Therefore, he does not want to proceed with the complaint.  Accordingly, withdrawal pursis is given on his behalf. 

[2]     It appears that compromise was taken place between the parties outside the Commission and, therefore, the Complainants herein do not want to proceed with these complaints.  Dispute between the parties is amicably settled.  Hence, all these consumer complaints are disposed of as withdrawn.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
