During the course of arguments on admission, when it was pointed out that petitioner was not impleaded as respondent in the complaint as such, his locus standi to maintain this revision petition is suspect, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was compelled to file this revision petition because in the title of order of the District Forum, petitioner has been described as respondent no.2. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner ought to have applied for rectification of the title of the District Forum instead of challenging the order in appeal before the State Commission or filing revision petition before National Commission. Learned counsel for the petitioner thus seeks to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to apply for rectification of title of the order of the District Forum. Learned counsel for the petitioner also reserves the right of the petitioner to challenge the order of the District Forum if the rectification of the title of the impugned order is not allowed. Liberty granted. Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In the meanwhile, in order to enable the petitioner to approach the District Forum, the operation of the impugned order is stayed for two weeks from today.
