     Sh.Sahil Shori, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of accused/JDs and filed vakalatnama alongwith copy of authority letter. He has filed copy of stay order dated 15.02.2019 passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Revision Petition No.3383 of 2018.

     At this stage, counsel for complainant wants to make statement. Recorded and placed on file. In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present criminal complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh after the decision of revision petition No.3383 of 2018 by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, if need so arises.
