ORDER

Counsel appearing for the petitioner Corporation under instructions states that the petitioner Corporation is agreeable to settle the claim of the respondents / complainants and to pay to them the amount of travellerscheque in Indian currency at the exchange rate of Rs.55/- per dollar provided the respondents, in these cases, give them completed claim forms for reimbursement of the amount. The respondents / complainants are present in person alongwith their counsel. They handed over the completed claim forms to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of this, we are of the view that the revision petitions can be disposed off. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the directions of this Commission, the petitioner has deposited 50% of the awarded amount in the District Forum in each case and prays that the same amount may be returned to the petitioner once the petitioner has made the payment of the entire amount payable to the respondents / complainants. We order accordingly. Petitioner is directed to pay the entire amount to the respondents / complainants within four weeks from today and thereafter, the petitioner shall be entitled for release of the deposited amount in the District Forum. The revision petitions stand disposed off accordingly.
