                   This application has been filed by the revision petitioner for staying the proceedings of execution application No.175 of 2019 passed by District Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh.

                   Heard Counsel for the revision petitioner.

                   Perusal of the file shows that the revision petitioner was proceeded against exparte in Execution Application No.175 of 2019 before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh.

                   To the mind of this Commission, this revision petition is not maintainable. The revision petitioner is at liberty to appear at any stage in the execution application before the Forum.

                   With this observation, this revision petition is dismissed.

                   In view of dismissal of this revision petition, the aforesaid application for staying the proceedings of the execution application stands infructuous.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
