          The matter has been compromised between the parties for an amount of Rs.55,000/-  for which the revisionist has gave two cheques to respondent/complainant.  Statements of parties qua settlement have been recorded separately.  Parties are bound by their statements. 

          In view above, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
