Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise today  which has been attested by this Forum  on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise, (Ex1), OP has paid sum of Rs.15,000/- in cash as full and final settlement to the complainant including cost of the medicines purchased by him.  Both the parties mutually decided the case and no more dispute is left between the parties.

As complainant has accepted the amount of Rs. 15,000/- as full and final settlement  hence the case is settled.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law.  File be consigned to record room.
