ORDER

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has filed this Revision Petition against the concurrent finding of Chhattisgarh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, dated 07.09.2018 and Raigarh District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, dated 01.02.2018. Both the Commissions have given a very categorical Order for handing over the plot of land booked by the Respondent to the Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that there is some litigation before the Raigarh Distict Court pertaining to the piece of land in which the plot is situated. This was disputed by the learned Counsel for the Respondent who quoted para 28 of the State Commission’s Order as no document to this effect has been filed by the Petitioner before the two Commissions.

Heard the arguments of both the Counsels and perused the record.

In so far as the Revision Petition is concerned, our jurisdiction is very limited and no new question of law has been put forth to us to decide the matter. Accordingly, we are of the view not to interfere with the Order of the State Commission considering that the learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instruction has no objection to offer the said plot to the Respondent/ Complainant.

The Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of by upholding the Orders of the State Commission and the District Forum.
