Shri Mohan Chouksey, learned counsel for the appellant.
None for the respondent.
As per Shri Justice Shantanu S. Kemkar :
Challenging the order dated 30.03.2017 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Jabalpur-1 (For short ‘Forum’) in C.C.No.112/2015 the appellants/opposite parties have filed this appeal.
2. Heard learned counsel for appellant on IA-2, application for condonation of delay in filing appeal. The delay is of two years four months and ten days.
3. In the application for condonation of delay, only reason which has been stated is that the appellants were not aware of passing of the impugned order. On the basis of such vague application which is also not supported by affidavit, we find no ground to condone the delay.
4. We reject the application. As a result, the appeal is also dismissed.
