It appears from perusal of the record that, both the parties have filed compromise on 07/12/2018 but, the complainant was not present on that day. It appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant is not appearing since long back. The compromise filed by the parties has been signed by both the parties and identified by their Learned Counsels. Since, the complainant does not want to prosecute the present complaint, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. The present complaint is dismissed in absence of the complainant. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
