This is a clear case of deficiency in service. Hence, the Forum direct the O.P. to pay the following compensation to the complainants. For complainant A 1. Refund Rs.9/- recovered per ticket ( 2 tickets) Rs.18/- 2. Damages Rs.200/- 3. Court cost Rs. 50/- ------------ 268/- ------------ For complainant B 1. Refund Rs.9/- recovered per ticket Rs.9/- 2. Damages Rs.200/- 3. Court cost Rs. 50/- ------------ 259/- ------------ The complaint is allowed.
