            Both sides represented. Admittedly disputed bill is a provisional bill under section 126(2) of Electricity Act 2003. As per Section 126(3) of the Electricity Act person on whom a notice has been served under sub section(2) of section 126 shall be entitled to file objection, if any, against the provisional assessment before assessing       officer who may after offending an opportunity of hearing to such person shall pass a final order of assessment of the electricity charges payable by such person.
            Since no final bill is passed by the assessing officer the present dispute is premature.
            In the result Fora direct the petitioner to give objection to the provisional bill with within 15 days of receipt of this order to the opposite party. Opposite party shall afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing of the petitioner and pass a final order of assessment in accordance with law. If petitioner is then aggrieved he can file appeal under section 127 of the Electricity Act 2003 or approach this fora. Petition is disposed accordingly with aforesaid direction.
