This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party.  After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite party.  The opposite party entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegation raised by the complainant.  When the case came up for consideration, both parties submitted that there is a chance of settlement and hence the matter was referred to mediation.  When the case came up for consideration today, both parties submitted that the matter is settled and a compromise memo signed by both parties is also filed.  In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the proceedings, we find that this is a fit case to be allowed on the basis of compromise memo.
