One of the appellants Mr Nikhilesh Shahu is present alongwith his counsel Mr N B Kalantri.  The appellant does not want to proceed with the appeal and he has filed a Pursis to that effect, which is signed by the appellant Nikhilesh Shahu and his learned counsel Mr N B Kalantri.  It is urged that the appellant has complied with the impugned order                     and now he does not want to proceed with the appeal. Hence, he requested to permission may be granted to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, permission is granted and the appeal is disposed of for want of prosecution.

Parties to bear their own costs.

Copy of this order be furnished to both parties free of cost.
